WELCOME TO OFSA

Our Family Skate Association (OFSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting the community through roller skating. OFSA events, projects, and programs are designed to foster lifelong physical fitness habits while encouraging the development of community networks and engagement.

HIGHLIGHTS

Our Project

OFSA’s National African American Roller Skating Archive is a collection of documents, memorabilia, images, video, and oral recorded stories amassed from roller skaters across the country. The submission and collection of items is ongoing.

Our Program

OFSA's “Sport for Life” series is an in-school and summer camp programs for youth, design to foster life long physical fitness habits, develop appropriate coping and socialization skill, and to encourage an interest in varying aspects of roller sports.

Our Events

OFSA roller skating events focuses on “Family, Fitness, & Fun” seeking to enhance the total health, social well being, and community network of all participants regardless of age, economic or (dis) ability status.
